Ethics and plagiarism are the significant components in research and publication. Sometimes it is observed that researchers claim others work as their own, which will degrade the reputation of the individual/institution. There is need to assess the academic/research work in the form of Project reports, Seminar papers, Research proposals and thesis work. Especially the research work in the form of papers/projects should go through the process of plagiarism and has to maintain high academic and production standards. The institution is committed for producing and promoting research unaltered with plagiarism and other unethical practices, while endeavoring to maintain academic freedom and innovation. Teachers and students are informed about appropriate guidelines for publication in various journals, including those recognized by the UGC. Institute library is stacked with renowned national & international journal, acting as a mirror for quality research and writing, for our teachers and students. The institute invites teachers and students to abide by the highest standards of integrity in their conduct of academic research and/or support to academic research activities, which include the following:
* Academic integrity should be ensured in the research work.
* Students/faculty should be responsible for ensuring original research work.
* No form of plagiarism allowed. Plagiarism takes many forms viz. “passing off” another’s paper as one’s own, copying or paraphrasing substantial parts of another’s work without due acknowledgement, and claiming credit for another’s research.
* Students should seek guidance from teachers/project guides in order to contribute good research and void plagiarism.
* It explicitly forbids plagiarism to all students/faculty.
* The authors’ names should be listed on the article in order of their contribution to the article, and all authors take responsibility for their own contributions. Only those individuals who have made a substantive contribution should be listed as authors, those whose contributions are indirect or marginal should be named in an “Acknowledgments” section at the end of the article. The corresponding author should ensure that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication.
* The fabrication of results and the making of fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate statements constitute unethical behavior.
* When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author's obligation to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.
* An author should not in general publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable.

* If a complaint is filed over a dispute, an investigation may be conducted through Publication Ethics Committee.
* Disciplinary Action: The Publication Ethics Committee which comprises five members team will establish and take care of the issues and complaints regarding the plagiarism and will submit the report to Principal after thorough investigation and recommends the disciplinary action to be imposed within a period of 3 weeks from the day of compliant. The Publication Ethics Committee comprises:

3. Respective Head of the Department: Member
4. Project coordinator of department
5. Subject Expert: Members
