Alumini Association
B.M.I.T. Alumni cell is formed with the aim to strengthen the emotional bonds between the alumni and the institute through continuous interaction.
AFFINITY
Alumni Cell Objectives
1) To help networking among the alumni
2) To setup guidance cell to aid present and past students
3) To assist in campus recruitment, suitable placements & training for the students.
4) To assist students in availing project facilities
5) To help the students and faculties to get technical and financial help or projects from Alumni.
6) To organize alumni meets yearly.
7) To conduct alumni activities like guest lecture, workshops, project reviews, judging for competitions etc.
8) To help the students to get internship and job offerings from alumni.
9) To organize talk on career opportunities by eminent personalities in their respective fields
Future Plan:
1) To conduct alumni meets at national and international level.
2) To conduct alumni meets more frequently (twice in a year) to strengthen the bonding between Institute and alumni.
3) To collect funds from alumni under registered alumni association.

Report of Alumni Meet 2014-15
The alumni Meet AFFINITY 2015 was held by BMIT on 31st January 2015 at Punyai Sabhagrah, Pune. It was inaugurated by Hon. President Mr. Dilip Mane along with vice president Pruthviraj Mane, Advisor Mrs.Jayashritai Mane,Directore Mr.Pravin More, Principal of BMIT,BMP and SPM. The meet started traditionally with the lighting of lamp and photo poojan of our mentor late Brahmdevdada Mane by the chief guest.
The meet was graced by more than 80 Alumni ranging across various batches. Speaking on the occasion, the president underlined and praised the achievements of alumni of BMIT in all walks of life. He felt that, it was matter of great pride for BMIT that, its alumni are holding positions of responsibility in various organizations. Many of them are successful entrepreneurs providing jobs to others as well. He praised their contribution towards the growth of their Alma Mater and emphasized the need for further strengthening the linkage between the alumni and BMIT Solapur and current students.
The Inaugural session was also attended by various faculties from BMIT, BMP, and SPM. Dr. M.S. Pawar Principal, BMIT, welcomed the alumni members. He highlighted the achievements of BMIT and called for greater Alumni Participation. He also outlined many future activities to be taken up by the Association.
The vote of the thanks was given by Prof. R.R. Patil. Some of the alumni shared their views during the meet and the annual general house witnessed active involvement of the alumnus, and a number of commendable suggestions and proposals came up.
It was decided to strengthen the link between the current BMIT students and alumni for their support to current students in the area of training, placement, career counseling and any other help. The Meet ended with promise to meet again and everyone bid emotional farewell to each other and their beloved.
Report of Alumni Meet 2015-16
The alumni Meet AFFINITY 2016 was organized by BMIT on 16th April 2016 at BMIT, Solapur. It was inaugurated by Hon. President Mr. Dilip Mane, Advisor Mrs. Jayashritai Mane, Principal of BMIT, BMP and SPM.
The meet started traditionally with the lighting of lamp and photo poojan of our mentor late Brahmdevdada Mane by the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, the president focused on the achievements of alumni of BMIT. He felt that, it was matter of great pride for BMIT that, its alumni are holding positions of responsibility in various organizations. Many of them are successful entrepreneurs providing jobs to others as well. He praised their contribution towards the growth of their Alma Mater and emphasized the need for further strengthening the linkage between the alumni and BMIT Solapur and current students.
The meet was also attended by various faculties from BMIT, BMP, and SPM. In this meet Dr. M. M. Mulkutkar Principal, BMIT, delivered welcome speech. He gave information about current happenings and development in college. Total 71 alumni members attended the meet. In response, few of the alumni shared their experience as well as interesting moments of campus life. Mr. Vijay Gujlor who was the student of batch 2013-14 shared his college experience and also works experience.
The vote of thanks was given by Prof. S. B. Mishra. After talk refreshment arrangements were made by college.
Report of Alumni Meet 2016-17
The alumni Meet AFFINITY 2017 was held by BMIT on 18th February 2017 at BMIT, Solapur. It was inaugurated by Hon. President Mr. Dilip Mane, Advisor Mrs. Jayashritai Mane, Director R.Y. Mane, and Principal of BMIT. The meet started traditionally with the lighting of lamp and photo poojan of our mentor late Brahmdevdada Mane by the chief guest. Total 74 alumni attended the meet. President addressed all alumni. Also he focused on the career growth of alumni.
The meet was also attended by various faculties from BMIT. Prof. Mrs. S.S. Birajdar delivered welcome speech. Dr. M.M .Mulkutkar Principal, BMIT, addressed the meet. In his speech he asked alumni to come forward with suggestions and guidance so as to institutional growth.
Some of the alumni shared their views during the meet. Vote of the thanks was given by Prof. R.R. Patil. The refreshment was arranged by college and it was enjoyed by everyone. The Meet ended with promise to meet again.
